Charlie Hopper, noted female poet and punk rocker, a la Patti Smith, struggles with a stalled career after personal tragedy hits; she and those in her world find that getting old in a youth-obsessed New York ain’t for sissies.

A play about youth cultures, Punk and what happens when the world grows old but you don’t?

This piece, which began as a short play, was always conceived of and approached as an extract from a full-length play, which Jaki has just recently completed. The play will premier in Chicago this Autumn, 2016.
